Dr. Jessica Mercado Archambault completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, emphasis on Physiology and Metabolism from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2013 she received her Doctorate of Optometry from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry, graduating with honors.
Dr. Archambault completed her externships at the VA hospital in Reno, Highland Medical Center, Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland among others. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association. Dr. Archambault is certified to treat and manage glaucoma and many other ocular diseases. Her professional area of interest is in pediatric optometry, treatment of eye diseases, and contact lenses. She is completely fluent in Spanish and is able to communicate in French. When she isn't working, Dr. Archambault enjoys spending time with her husband and her chocolate Labrador retriever. She loves to travel, hike, ice skate, and any outdoor activity with friends and family.
